Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy (UAE – Cash on Delivery Orders)
At Zomno.co, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements are handled. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Returns
We do not offer general returns after delivery acceptance.
Returns are only applicable under the following condition:
- The customer refuses the parcel at the time of delivery
- The parcel remains completely unopened, sealed, and unused
- The parcel is returned directly through the courier partner
Any parcel that has been accepted, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.
To initiate a return (refusal), the customer must inform the courier at the time of delivery. Returns requested after acceptance will not be approved.
Refunds (Processing Timeline)
Refunds are only applicable for refused and unopened parcels returned to us.
- Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer or an agreed alternative method
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment details
Important:
- Refund eligibility depends strictly on the parcel being unopened and refused at delivery
- Accepted or opened parcels are not eligible for refunds
Replacements (10-Day Defective Product Policy)
We offer replacements only for genuine manufacturing defects under strict conditions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The issue must be reported within 10 days of delivery
- The customer must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt)
- Clear photo and/or video evidence of the defect
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or external factors
Process:
- Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery
- Submit required proof (images/videos + order details)
- Await approval from our team
- Return the product as instructed
- Replacement will be dispatched after inspection and verification
Important:
- Claims made after 10 days will not be accepted under any condition
- Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in rejection of the claim
Wrong Product / Incorrect Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item:
- You must report the issue within 10 days of delivery
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Proof (photo/video) must be provided
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement with the correct item, or
- A suitable resolution based on the case
Returned items must pass inspection before any resolution is issued.
Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery.
If the product is visibly damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within the 10-day replacement window with clear supporting evidence.
Failure to report within this timeframe will result in denial of the claim.
Non-Returnable / Non-Eligible Items
The following cases are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Change of mind after accepting delivery
- Failure to refuse the parcel at the time of delivery
- Claims made after the allowed timeframe (10 days for replacement)
- Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen differences
- Items returned without prior approval
Return Shipping & Handling
- Customers must follow the return instructions provided after approval
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions
Fraud Prevention & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny any request in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, or repeated unjustified claims. All decisions made after inspection are final.
