Your order will only be processed and shipped after you confirm it. Our team or delivery partners may contact you to verify your address and details before dispatch. If a customer is uncontactable, unreachable, or fails to confirm the order, it may be cancelled or returned.
Shipping Timeframe
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may be extended for remote or hard-to-reach areas, and additional charges may apply in such cases. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or operational constraints. Delivery Process

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis unless stated otherwise. Once an order is confirmed by the customer, it becomes a binding commitment to accept and pay for the order upon delivery. Customers are not permitted to open the package before making payment, as refused orders require additional shipping handling and costs.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in penalties, restriction of services, or a ban from placing future orders with Zomno.co.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for confirming their order, providing accurate delivery information, remaining available for communication, and accepting the parcel upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation or return.
Returns, Replacements & Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order will be returned. For replacements or returns, customers must contact Zomno.co directly. In such cases, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping fees for returning the original product and for dispatching the replacement item.
